HELLO! I'M CHARLENE
Welcome frieind
Founder. Creative Designer. Curious. Guilty of the pleasured life. Here to take you on a journey of life as we explore the beauty, experiences, expressions, business, creativity, and development of the world.
My short story
I'm Charlene, the dream chaser who spent most of her career as a Strategy and Business Excellence Specialist leading people through change in large enterprises and mentoring individuals on their path in life.
Oh, I'm also bon vivant, fashion addict, & event designer, love a good gathering and celebration!
Throughout my life, I've always gone after what I wanted, moved countries, changed jobs, changed industries, and so on.
From the outlook, my life seemed like it was easy breezy, due to me truly being bon vivant and simply knowing how to live life fully and well, to the point I got "it's easy for you to say, living the dream life". What people couldn't see, was how hard I worked to get there, and that they too could achieve anything they wanted if they put in the work.
I've been through it all, the hardship, the challenges, the hurt, and the pain. When you go after your dreams without hesitation you will gain so much but also lose a lot in the process.
I realized that my background and the way I've led my life could truly help others - I hated seeing so many live and settle for mediocre lives, when there was so much more out there for them.

more to the story...
BEFORE I CREATED A LIFE I'D CHOSEN & FOUND BACK TO MYSELF AGAIN
By the time I was in my early 20s, society had forced me to be something I wasn't. It led me to two things, first, into my masculine, and second, right into depression. I remember at one point saying; 'I've become the man I've been dreaming of'. I was a high performer, never settling, killing it in my career, and creating a life only dreams could create.
What I didn't realize was how I lost touch with myself and created unrealistic expectations of men and my own life and performance, I was stressed and overachieving. I ran towards my goals and aspirations so hard only to get burned in the process, and forced to reset.
However, moving abroad allowed me to let my guard down and embrace acceptance for who I truly was. I emerged from a period of depression with a determination never to experience it again, and I certified myself as a Life and Happiness Coach many years ago. I started living slow, notice my surroundings, and live connected. I came back to my essence, my femininity, my body, my emotions, and my sensuality, and it all fell into it's beautiful, harmonious place (that's not to say that life wasn't messy. just that even the mess was embraced).
Eventually, even my personality changed or rather returned to its core. It was like pressing the reset button. The absolute best feeling! My message to you is that Being a woman is a powerful experience, one that should be embraced, experienced, and honored fully. Anything else is a deprivation of life.

Physically, I long believed I was healthy. I accepted bloating as normal, and my blood sugar levels controlled my eating habits. My approach to fitness was equally erratic. I would go hard at the gym for a few months, witness desirable results, and then abruptly quit due to its perceived unsustainability, illness, travel, or various other excuses, leaving me with inconsistent exercise routines and no real enjoyment.
I witnessed remarkable transformations in both my life and career when I embarked on a journey to heal my body and rediscover my feminine side. This process involved rekindling my trust in intuition and becoming more in tune with my body's needs and signals. I created a life with consistent well-being with both my diet and exercise that has transformed my life.
Amidst life's challenges, I became obsessed and addicted to personal development, feeling like the world was passing me by as I continually sought self-improvement. I felt liberated to finally live fully, which for a Bon vivant is torture when you're not, and probably what led me to self-development in the first place, I couldn't accept the slightest misalignment. Now I take pride in being an advocate for living blissful lives and luxury in the ordinary, and everyday life.
Returning to our authentic selves allows us to create stronger connections with what comes naturally to us, and this realization was the catalyst for launching my company.
My desire is for every woman to have the opportunity to reconnect with their authentic self, to form a genuine tribe of like-minded individuals, to heal their body, and to lead healthy, fulfilling lives. Embracing their womanhood and finding their true essence can enable them to flourish in all aspects of life.
This journey has taught me the importance of balance, self-care, and the incredible strength that comes from embracing one's true nature. My company was born from a profound belief in the potential for women to support one another and thrive, and it continues to be my passion and mission to help women achieve their best and most authentic selves. Together, we can create a community where every woman is allowed to lead a life filled with health, happiness, and fulfillment.
Being high on life, knowing my value, living my truth - now I want the same for you.
